Abstract: El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto regular la administración, uso, funcionamiento, control, recaudación, mantenimiento, seguridad, convivencia, acceso y supervisión del Laboratorio - Complejo Acuático UPEC – U.E. Bolívar, garantizando el uso eficiente, responsable, transparente, seguro y sostenible de la infraestructura pública universitaria.
Description: El Laboratorio - Complejo Acuático UPEC – U.E. Bolívar constituye infraestructura pública destinada al cumplimiento de fines académicos, deportivos, recreativos, de bienestar universitario, salud preventiva, vinculación con la sociedad y cooperación interinstitucional. Su uso no genera derecho adquirido, exclusividad, posesión, tenencia, concesión, arrendamiento ni aprovechamiento particular permanente a favor de terceros, salvo instrumento jurídico expreso aprobado por autoridad competente conforme a la normativa aplicable.
