Abstract: La gratuidad y responsabilidad académica se aplicará a aquellos estudiantes regulares que cursan sus estudios de tercer nivel, tiene relación exclusivamente en los trámites, estudios, actividades y documentos estrictamente relacionados solamente con una carrera académica, en términos de tiempo, forma y condiciones ordinarias.
