Abstract: El presente Reglamento es de aplicación obligatoria en la Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi para los estudiantes regulares de Posgrado, estudiantes no regulares, estudiantes que optan por un segundo programa, servidores de la UPEC; y, demás usuarios de los servicios universitarios que oferta Posgrado.
Description: La finalidad de este reglamento es regular y fijar el cobro de: a).- Admisión y Matrícula; b).- Aranceles; y, c).- Derechos; de los programas de posgrado y de los servicios educativos que oferta de Posgrado.
