| Abstract: | El presente reglamento tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos para el otorgamiento de becas o su equivalente en ayudas económicas, destinadas al apoyo de la escolaridad, de por lo menos el 10% de los estudiantes regulares de la Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi. |
| Description: | La aplicación del presente reglamento respetará los derechos y garantías constitucionales de conformidad a la normativa vigente, debiéndose garantizar en toda instancia del trámite la igualdad de oportunidades en el acceso, permanencia y movilidad, así como la equidad de género. |
